Celebrating World Day Against Child Labor 2024

"Celebrating World Day Against Child Labor at LAB School, Kathmandu. Worldmed attended an event organized by the Nepal GoodWeave Foundation, in support of the ILO, with an inspiring event with heartfelt presentations and a powerful commitment ceremony. In addition, the foundation distributed summer clothing to the children of LAB School. Together, we are moving towards a brighter future free of child labor!

Every 12 June, the International Labour Organization joins forces with ILO constituents and partners around the world to commemorate the World Day Against Child Labour. This year’s World Day will focus on celebrating the 25th anniversary of the adoption of ILO Convention No. 182 on the Worst Forms of Child Labour (1999), which, in 2020, was the first ILO Convention to be universally ratified.
